Chris Isaak

Bio

Chris Isaak is an American musician and occasional actor, born in Stockton, California, USA. As a boy, he listened to records by Elvis and Roy Orbison, which later became major influences in his music. His music was featured in a variety of films, however, Isaak’s biggest success was in 1989 with his album “Heart Shaped World”, when director David Lynch used Isaak’s song “Wicked Game” in the film “Wild at Heart”, where it became a nation Top 10 hit. In 2001, Isaak starred in his own television show, The Chris Isaak Show, where it aired in the United States for three years. So far, Isaac has attained several gold records and notable appearances in films, as well as currently being featured as a judge on the Australian reality talent show, The XFactor.
